If you're here on our site, you must be a self-proclaimed Swiftie too!  Welcome!

A small and dedicated team of fans run Eras Box with us, and we've been in business since February 2023.  We are OVERWHELMED by the positive response we're received since launching The Eras Box, and can't wait to share with you all the goodies we've found around the United States.  While we run a small business now, at the heart of everything we do is our love for our favorite musician in the world, Taylor Swift.

When we're not listening to Karma on repeat while drinking coffee, we love to play with our dogs (Sasha and Mishu), visit the beach, and sing karaoke.

What is the Eras Box?

The Eras Box is a monthly subscription box that features items for the biggest Taylor Swift Fans.  Each month the box will include 3-6 items that have been carefully cultivated from unique and independent vendors that represent the best of each of Taylors albums.  Ten albums = ten boxes.  If you sign up for a full year subscription, two bonus boxes will be included - Greatest Hits and Deep Cuts.  Each box will feature more unique and personalized items for fans to enjoy.

Where Are Your Items Sourced From?

Our items are sourced from vendors and artists all over the United States.  We work hard to offer you unique, original, and high-quality items that will delight the biggest fans out there.  Each month we work to send out one Eras Box Exclusive to every subscriber.  This item is either personalized for you or an exclusive item that you will not find for sale elsewhere by that artist or vendor.  

At this time we do not offer food items in our boxes due to allergy concerns.  If you have non-food allergy concerns you would like to address with us prior to purchasing, please email us at hello@erasbox.com for our assistance. 

Can I Swap Out an Item in My Box?

The Eras Box is comprised of a very small team of people working to manage all aspects of a growing business.  We currently do not have the staff levels to allow you to swap out an item in an upcoming box.  We apologize if this creates any inconvenience for you.  We hope that should you receive an item that doesn't fit your lifestyle or preference that you simply re-gift it to someone in your life who would enjoy it.  Sharing smiles is a win for everyone!

Where Do You Ship To?

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories and Canada currently.  We cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Coming 2024: Shipments will be expanded to the UK and Ireland.  Join our waitlist now!

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We currently accept payments from all major US credit cards, as well as PayPal.  

My Box Didn't Arrive/Items Arrived Damaged

We are so sorry to hear this!  Please email us at hello@erasbox.com so we can begin a discussion about a replacement for your order.  Please include your name, order number, and a description of what is missing/damaged from your box.

Please note: Every effort will be made to replace any item that arrives damaged to you.  In a few limited cases, an item may not be able to be replaced due to the availability of that item.  If this is the case, a replacement item equal to the value of the damaged item(s) may be substituted in your box.

Can I Cancel or Pause My Eras Box?

Eras Box purchases are non-refundable.  If you are unsure whether the Eras Box would be a good fit for your lifestyle, we suggest you try us out with a single box before signing up for a bigger bundle.

At this time we do not offer subscription box transfers.  

If you'd like to pause delivery of your Eras Box subscription we can pause your subscription for up to 6 months at a time.  Please send us an email at hello@erasbox.com to pause your subscription.  Please include your name, order number, and how long you would like to pause your subscription for.  We recommend contacting us 4-8 weeks prior to when you would like to pause your subscription so that it can be processed in enough time.
